Alcohol Ink Swap

I coloured a large Butterfly charm with Alcohol Ink and layered it on a formica tile.
A little Stickles and a few gems and pearls complete the pendant

Friendly Plastic Play

Had a little play with FP over the weekend.

Metal Squares

I made these for a swap.
I used silver metal sheet and applied alcohol inks and then ran them through a Cuttlebug embossing folder.

The butterflies were punched out and then hammered to add texture.

Charms

Two charms made from sample perfume bottles. I painted the inside ot them with alcohol inks. I filled them with gliiter, small beads and torn text I glued a bead in the top of one with a headpin inside it. The other had a bead glued on and I wrapped it in foil strip and soldered it. I painted the stoppers with a copper krylon pen. It still looks dull:-( I wrapped some wire around the bigger one.

Traci Bautista

I am slowly going to work through Traci Bautista's
collage Unleashed.

I made some crayon cupcakes by melting pieces of crayon in foil cases in the oven

To get this effect I melted a cupcake onto my craft iron and smeared it onto the cardstock.
Finally I scribbled a blue glitter crayon onto the iron, Pressed and lifted off. I repeated this process carefully wiping the iron in between.
I am going to use this as a book cover
