CARDS I Made At Leo T's

I like this. Stamp glossy card with Silver or White Brilliance. Brayer dye ink over this, then stamp with darker colours of ink. Finally stamp with Versamark and emboss with white ep.

Made this last night trying out a monochromatic background with Spellbinders Dies and Cuttlebug Folders.
Cut out desired shapes the same colour as your background card and then run through a cuttlebug folder. Dab some die inks on the shapes and mount onto your cardstock. Easy Peasy.
I used a couple of my Alice stamps from Stampattack.

Crackle Background Card

Over on New Generations Carol Sweeney is taking us through Paper Transformed and this is one of the techniques. The background is a layer of PVA then a layer of acrylic paint and leave to dry to see the action. I stamped over it when dry and painted with shimmery paints

Inchies

Spring Themed Inchies I made for a swap.
Looking forward to receiving my returns.

Polymer Clay

This picture is not brilliant.
I added a die cut flourish to a metallic box lid.
Then I applied alcohol inks
On top of this I applied Rock candy crackle paint which lifted the alcohol inks.
I applied another layer, when dry I swiped with an inkpad, more flaked off so I sealed it with a Krylon spray.
Then I added my Polymer Clay face. This was made with black Fimo and brushed with Perfect Pearls.

Mixed Media Art Quilt

Mixed Media Art Quilt I made for a swap piece.

The background is fabric paper which I learned from Cloth, Paper and Scissors.
The image from Stampattack Faces Plate was stamped on Fantasy Film layered on Fantasy Fibres and sitiched.
The fabric lace along the bottom was bright pink and I toned it down with Lumiere Paints and glued it on.
The art fabric piece was sprayed with Cosmic Shimmers. I stencilled the art word with gold Lumiere paint.
I used Iron On gems in the corners.
The ribbon around the edge was smooched with Distress Inkpads and stitched to the piece.
Made with blood, sweat and tears.
