I am working on different projects so my desk is a little overcrowded today. It has spilled over to the floor but you don't want to see that. I bought a paint pen last week which I am going to experiment with later. To go and view some workspaces more interesting than mine go to Julia's Blog where Wednesday is a fun day of blog hopping.

The latest on my son is he has some brain damage and short term memory loss. The Consultant has given his assurance it will repair itself in time. It has been such a worry.

Giethoorn - The Venice of Holland

Giethoorn is a beautiful village in The Netherlands. You have to leave your car outside the village and take a boat. 30 euros for 2 hours. 

There are shops and restaurants also a museum. You can moor the boat at different points on the route.

There is also a cycle path but no road.

I had a great time at the weekend. Thanks to all the people who stopped by for the Make and Take Alice tag. I met up with my old friends Wezz and Christine. Thanks for all your help too ladies if you are reading. I managed to see a little of the show and made a few purchases too.

The state of my desk no 2. Desk no 1 is piled up with stuff for sorting. New London stamps from Stampattack cut out and ready for U Mount. Underneath them is a board book I have been working on for awhile.

 This is how I have some of my UM's stored on laminate sheets and in file boxes which are labelled.

The file boxes are from Asda and very cheapo.

Here they are on the shelf. Neat huh.

 Well after the anxious month of March with my son having had 2 brain operations I am doing some crafting again. I have been playing with some techniques on ATC's. I also finished some outstanding swaps which have been mailed out to the recipients. Can you see Bobby with his new shorts on:-))) Getting ready for his Jollies.

 Desk number 2, not a lot going on as I am having a bit of a sort out.

 This is a storage and play area in the rear room of our tandem garage.

Guess where and what this is?

I will have blog candy for one lucky person.

It will be a surprise package so no photo.

It is my 5th Blogaversary too.

I will draw a name at the end of the month from the comments.
