Here are a few sets I worked on for the Art Venture Deco Round.

Stempel Mekka

On the 13th and 14th of September we exhibited at The Stempel Mekka in Hagen Germany. This was a very busy international event. We met up with friends old and new. One of my design team member Jo P and her DH travelled with us. We went by overnight ferry from Hull to Rotterdam.

Saturday was the busiest day and there was always a crowd around the demonstration table.

Key cupboard

I purchased a key cupboard from a charity shop to alter. I sanded it and painted with primer. Then I stuck keys and the wooden letter K on with glossy accents. The whole thing had 3 coats of metallic pewter paint. Finally I adhered the grungeboard keys and keyhole that I previously painted with a gold dabber.

It looks so much better in the flesh though.
