Family History Project

I antiqued a box with decoupage images and tea varnish.

 The front of the box.

 Inside the box

The index cards I have been making.

 This one is about me.

This one is about me and my Aunty Mary who is 3 years older than me.

 Mum and Dad.

My maternal grandmother Nana Peggy and my Polish Grandfather.

My paternal grandmother Nana Hornby nee Bowker.

For the relatives in the USA this is the Shaw Family. Mary Riley/Shaw/Mollison with her daughter Margaret and Mary Kinsey Harkins known as Mamie.

Mary Riley was my Gt Gt Grandmothers sister.

I still have a lot more to make but at least they are not stuck in a cupboard. I had all the originals colour copied at Staples.

Biannual Blogathon Bash

The Biannual Blogathon Bash is a twice yearly event designed for bloggers to get much needed work done on their blog. All bloggers are welcome. The event is 72 hours, the idea is to do as much blogging as you can during this time. There are mini challenges (fun, easy projects that will better your blog) and prizes to be won.

 I hope to learn:

1. How to create a favicon
2. How to show my labels on my blog
3. How to make a photo collage
4. How to create a Blogging Notebook
5. How to best track contests, giveaways, etc, that I have participated in
