Finally I got the photos off the SD card.

I am in the middle of making travel journals for my up and coming trip to Africa. Also I am finishing off my swap commitments.
The Wednesday mad dash is still open to those snoopworthy folk so hop over to our red leader Julia and have some fun.

Computers are great when they work but very frustrating when they don't.

Aww thats not good, well you can use your web cam on the laptop if you have one and take one that way

Argh. Bet Bridget thinks she's being helpful...I'm all Laptop? huh?!!! Ditressed that your ipad won't play too, am slowly coming round to needing one..just for blogging!!
Hope your technology soon sorts itself out. Have you tried connecting your camera direct to the computer and getting your photos off that way? You don't need any extra software. You just open the file you want to put them in, then connect the camera and turn it on. You should then get a window pop up on your screen through which you can navigate to where your camera holds its photos. Then you just drag and drop what you want from the camera file to the computer file. Hope that might help. Maggie #82
