WOYWW 176

I decided to do a few pages in my canvas journal. Not sure which way I am going with these 2 yet. It will probably come to me in the night and I will have to make a note:-)))
Using some scraps of paper. Not glued down yet as I might stamp something first. That is what I like about journalling I can pick it up and put it down, try things out and more.
On Monday I had my kitchen ripped out.
Tuesday evening a few base units in place.
And my new fridge freezer is in it's cupboard waiting for it's doors.
Today (day three) the top cupboards are in place with doors. Left side.
Right side.
The electrician is coming tomorrow.
WOYWW has come around quickly.Pop over to The Stamping Ground and snoop a few more desks. Leave me a comment and I will return the favour and I usually visit some different ones before the next round.

The kitchen is going to be lovely - just as well that's planned & not go with the flow like a journal - or you'd be in a real pickle ! Hope it gets finished really soon & you can enjoy your new kitchen - sure it will be worth all the disruption ! Ali #48

Hope the kitchen is finished swiftly for you. Glad to hear that you're feeling better now but it's a shame you missed the crop.
All the things in my blog pic, except the pincushion, are from Julia for a challenge that we received in our crop goody bags. The plastic red dotty house poses a big challenge in itself!
See you soon,
Jo x

Oooh Carol, how exciting having a new kitchen! Great photos of the before, during and... waiting the "after" with anticipation lol!

Many thanks for your comment - sorry to hear you've had the flu and hope you are better now. I'm better than I was but life is still a struggle at the moment with the problems with Mum and Dad, and these affect my health too, but I must be better because I'm creating again!!! I've even snuck in at the end of WOYWW this week yayy!!

Glad you like the little book my hubby bought me. I've been working on an art journal page in it today - more about that on my blog when it's complete.

Happy WOYWW,
Shoshi

Nice to see someone else who does 'before, during & after' shots of home changes! Had some up a few months ago on mine of the new roof, then bedroom ceiling & rest of the room. Getting almost finished now. Glad your kitchen is coming along quickly- our room has taken forever, we work a late shift, and my son works nights, so nothing gets done till the weekends.Have a great week, Hugs Shaz #96

Keeping busy with your journal Carol so you don't have to think about the mess in the kitchen??!! Hope it gets finished quickly, it causes such upheaval. Sorry you missed the crop, I saw on Jo's post that you were unwell, hope you're feeling better now.
